If ever Fox does a special called "When Marketing Goes Horribly, Horribly Wrong," I hope this is included.

Quite a fall from World War Hulk...how did that turn out, anyway?

Uh... wow.........

So, what they're saying is that the HULKY Pokey is really what it is all about....

Oh... let's see... It ended up being him and the Sentry fighting it out, wrecking much of the eastern seaboard. It was pretty evenly matched for a while.

Well, they ended up in something that looked like a huge energy emission... I'm confused by it, but I gather it was something of the Sentry's doing. It finally peaked, and Hulk and Sentry suddenly returned to their reg'lar mortal forms briefly. At that point, Tony Stark managed to hack into all the weapons satellites and point them at Bruce.

One of Hulk's extraterrestrial buddies killed the mortal Sentry (I forget his name) in order to make Bruce angry and bring back the Hulk. Then the ET buddy admitted HE had been the one to rig the nuclear explosion that killed Hulk's wife.

Hulk was enraged (well duh), feeling awful that the whole thing that made him seek revenge on Earth's heroes wasn't even THEIR fault.

Tony suddenly had the satellites all zap Hulk at once. It seemed like his sense of regret left him a little vulnerable. He was back to Bruce form, and unconscious. He was quickly placed in some sort of underground suspended animation doohickey.

BUT... (and there's always a but...) the book ends with a shot of the wrecked planet Hulk had ruled, Sakaar, and a green guy rising from the muck. Yes, it's "Skaar, Son of Hulk."

There you go.

Oh wait, the ET didn't kill the Sentry... he killed Bruce's friend Rick. My bad. Or stabbed him at least. Maybe he's not dead.
